At Blackstar Amp Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sound. If your amplifier or gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack with Care

Place the product in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, power cables, and accessories, to ensure the item remains protected during transit.

Label and Ship

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the condition of the gear, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 3-5 business days.
